Budulator was birthed out of a powerful financial management system called A.D.M.S., run by the Ballistic Missile Operations Division of the US Air Force.  It was designed by a team of programmers, engineers, and financial specialists, led by Capt. Ray Walker III, now founder and president of Budulator  Corporation. The A.D.M.S. system helped project, manage and account for funds and resources, resulting in a savings of untold millions to the US government.
